Swimming
Swimming is the most low-impact, injury free, and muscle-inclusive of the personal sports. At Ark Intervals, we provide you with the optimum stroke technique, respiratory skills, and muscle development to excel in any swim event you choose to enter. Our coaches monitor your cardiopulmonary progress and other physiological markers to ensure that your mind and body are up to the physical challenge when your event arrives. And because swimming in a harbor, ocean, or natural waterway is far different than swimming in a pool, we also educate you in current, climate, and water temperature, to ensure there are no surprises on the day of your swim.
Swim Events
AI's high-intensity training program is fully equipped to prepare you for endurance swims like the Lady Liberty Swim and other Olympic-distance events, as well as the swim leg of any official triathlon or aquathlon.
