Mental Shifting
At Ark Intervals, our multi-sport coaches integrate your high-intensity training with mental endurance challenges, motivational techniques, and positive psychological conditioning. We'll show you how to accept pain and mental resistance when pushing yourself, and teach you "mental shifting" tools that help you refocus on form, breath, or landmarks when periods of fatigue set in.
Group Training
Group training sessions provide the ideal environment for confidence building, as individuals and team members are not only challenged by a fitness coach, but also by each other's encouragement and progress.
